When Collin was only 6 months old, we bought him a little car that was like a stroller.  He immediately like the toy and wanted to go all over the neighborhood to show off his new vehicle.  His sister and brother Kamille and Connor, rode their bikes and he felt like a big kid being able to keep up with the family.  When Collin Says "GO" is the story of one little boy and the world he shares from his precious little car.

Kamillle's Birthday Circus

In Kamille's Birthday Circus I tell the story of my granddaughter's first birthday.  September 24, 2004 I was scheduled to go to Texas for Kamille's birthday.  Hurrican Rita was predicted to hit the Houston, TX area the same day and my flight was cancelled.  My son, Kamille's father, was on call as a Doctor and was worried about his family.  Kamille and her mom traveled to the hospital about 30 miles away to be with him.  They were able to bring Kamille's' pets, 4 cats and a dog.  Thus Kamille's Birthday Circus was created.

Up In Nathanael's Room

When my grandson Nathanael was born, February 12, 2004, we were so excited, we rushed to Ohio from Florida, bearing gifts, many gifts.  All of his parents friends and other family members did the same.  Everyone rushed to see him when he got home from the hospital and, of course, to see his room.  My daughter, his mother, kept saying "no more, please," but it seemed to fall on deaf ears.  Which is where the idea of Up In Nathanael's Room came from.  At only 4 years old, Nathanael adds to the illustrations in his very own book and invites readers and audience to draw the things in their rooms!

Spiritual Food For Thought

Dr. Mary J. Jackson is known for her ability to expound on the Word of God in a way that is easy to understand.  Teaching others the importance of studying, applying and embracing the word has proved to be an effective part of her Ministry.

She shares a weekly Radio Program entitled, “There Is A Word”, where she presents a Commentary that addresses everyday issues.

Dr. Jackson says that her passion for soul winning is so strong, that if she could, she would pour the Spirit of God into the heart of everyone willing to receive it.  However! Since that is not possible, she will continue to share what God has given her to say and do, as an ambassador for him.

There is an urgency in today’s society to reach the lost; strengthen the weak, and draw as many as possible into the arch of safety, because Jesus is soon to come.

We must work the work of him who sent us while it is day.  For the night cometh when no man can work.

A Race Against Time- Living with Lyme

A Race Against Time: Living With Lyme captures the real-life drama of a Lyme disease survivor.  It is a memoir of tremendous resilience that tells the story of a Lyme disease survivor who struggled with the challenge of balancing career, family, and spirit.  A Race Against Time: Living With Lyme, written in the creative nonfiction genre, educates the reader about Lyme disease and highlights the difficulty in getting diagnosed with this debilitating disease.

To retreat from the pressures of life, this survivor found solitude in natural surroundings and deer watching.  It was not until life took her down a winding trail of disappointments that she realized she was living in a world of uncertainty.  This book is a gripping memoir that takes you on an emotional journey and challenges you to think about what is most important in life.  A Race Against Time: Living With Lyme will inspire and encourage you to slow down to hear the whisper of that still small voice.

A portion of the proceeds from book sales will be donated to Lyme disease research.

Dance of Deception

Every time a six pack of thugs jumps a student, a teacher is attacked, or an arsonist strikes, Lincoln High’s staff buzzes, “It’s only a matter of time.” It’s just talk—until tragedy strikes. A nameless, faceless victim—until high school counselor Alex Tamburelli stumbles onto her best friend’s body lying in a pool of blood. A few days later a student dies under suspicious circumstances. Are the two deaths related? Driven by anger and lust for the truth, Alex casts her grief aside and pursues the killer.

Detective Cole Grant, a recent widower assigned to the case, spends almost as much time fishing her out of hot water as he does collecting evidence. Neither will admit to the other, that with each of Alex’s escapades, another piece of the puzzle drops into place.
